Spring Tours and Classes are generally in March and April.
Fall Tours and Classes are generally in September and October.
By arrangement, other dates may also be available.
Prices. Prices are per person. All prices and services are subject to confirmation.
The price for stays in Marrakech includes accommodation, breakfast, food consumed with any cooking lesson, dinners (at the Jemma el Fna, local restaurants, or Moroccan homes), transportation to and from the airport (unless your stay includes other accommodations), and tours of the local markets in Marrakech. Rates exclude lunch, alcohol, local guides, day trips out of Marrakech, and airfare. Rooms may have shared baths. Each guest will receive a booklet filled with the recipes, maps, common Moroccan phrases, definitions of Moroccan ingredients.
The price for the Mountain and Sahara Tour includes transportation (4X4), accommodation, breakfast, dinner, food consumed with any cooking lesson. Rates exclude lunch, meals at restaurant, local guides, alcohol, or airfare. Alcohol is not included as it is generally not available in the countryside.
Marrakech - $1,795.00 per week, or $275 per day.

Mountain and Sahara Tour - from $1995 per week, or from $315 per day. Add $50 per person for each cooking lesson.

HAKIMA’S MOROCCAN COOKING SCHOOL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
A deposit of 30% per person is required eight weeks prior to arrival, and full payment by four weeks prior to arrival. We accept payment by check or bank transfers. Reservations are not accepted without a deposit. If you cancel within four weeks of arrival, a fee of 50% is retained.
In case of cancellation less than two months before departure, the initial deposit will not be reimbursed. In case of cancellation less than one month before departure, the full amount is retained.
The purchase of adequate travel and holiday insurance is strongly advised.
HMCS reserves the right to withdraw or modify our courses at any time. In circumstances where we are unable to provide the course booked, we will return all monies paid or offer an alternative course.
Limitation: In consideration of the fees paid: The guest assumes all risks incident to travel and transportation and your stay with us. We are not responsible and have no liability for accidents, loss or damage from any cause. While guides and others we arrange provide reliable services, they are independent contractors and we are not responsible for accidents, loss or damage while they serve you or you are with them. We reserve the right to cancel any arrangements and shall return to guest all monies paid if the arrangements are completely cancelled, or if partially cancelled, a proportionate part. Under such circumstances, we shall have no further liability for any damages or compensation of any kind.
